Job Description

We're looking for Child Welfare Social Worker who is ready to step into meaningful work that impacts children, families, and the future of our community.

What You'll Do:

Assess Child Safety and family needs
Engage with families to build plans for stability and success
Collaborate with community partners, courts, and service providers
Make informed, critical decisions that prioritize child well-being
Be a consistent, trusted presence for children and families during challenging times

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with:

A passion for serving children and families
Strong Judgement, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to navigate complex and emotional situations with professionalism
Associate or bachelor's degree in social service related field (additional Ohio requirements may be considered)
