Job Description:
The Program Support Caseworker provide case management service to abused and neglected children, their families and licensed placement resources, as well as providing support to achieve program goals and objectives.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to assessing safety and risk of all children being served in all interactions; providing case management for KCDJFS foster, adoptive and kinship resource parents to provide support in managing placement; maintains records and related documents for cases and referrals; and supervise parent child visitations at the agency or in the community.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in human services-related studies, or A bachelor’s degree in any field and have been employed for at least two years in a human services occupation.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required by county employment.
Satisfactory BCI and FBI background check and employment pre-screening.
