CONFERENCE LOCATION & PARKING

Dates: May 8 & 9
Location: Hyatt Regency Columbus, 2nd Floor
Address: 350 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215
Parking: V

Staying at the Hyatt? Bring your Chestnut Street Garage or valet ticket to the front desk to receive a 20% discount.



ONSITE REGISTRATION

Head to the Franklin D Foyer and line up by last name to grab your name badge and swag bag.

Registration Hours:

  • 5/7 Wed: 3:00 – 6:00 PM
    Skip the line with early registration!
  • 5/8 Thu: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 5/9 Fri: 7:15 – 11:45 AM

Exceptions:

  • JFS Agency Executive Directors: Pick up materials at Wednesday’s General Session or the Help Desk
  • Speakers, Sponsors, Exhibitors: Pick up materials in the Champaign Room



MEALS

  • 5/8 Thu: Morning beverage service + Afternoon snack break
    Lunch is on your own – check the app FAQs for dining tips
  • 5/9 Fri: Breakfast and morning beverage service

If you requested vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly options, those will be available in the Clark Room. Vegetarian options are included in the main spread.



WHAT TO WEAR

The dress code is business casual. We recommend dressing in layers as room temperatures can vary.
